RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Trendy Jewels PK, every piece of jewelry is handled with care and hygiene in mind. Because jewelry is a personal item, we follow clear and fair return guidelines.

Eligible for Return or Exchange:

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included

Not Eligible for Return:

Used or worn jewelry (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Items showing signs of use, scratches, perfume, makeup, or wear

Any item that has been damaged, altered, or broken after delivery

Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Sale or discounted items

Customized or personalized orders

⚠️ If an item is returned in used or damaged condition, the return request will be declined and the item will be sent back to the customer.

Damaged on Arrival:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video. We’ll review the case and make it right.
